Look at the prices in the other areas. You want to make sure you are getting the best deal possible so that means that it’s a good time to look at the prices of the houses in the area. You have to assume that the seller needs to be doing everything at fair market value. So do a little homework prior to buying.
Bedrooms is a huge key. Don’t be fooled into thinking that they don’t matter. They do. If you have more than one bedroom than you have something worth looking into, anything over two bedrooms is something that should shoot to the top of your list and anything over three is a must consider, and likely you should make an offer.
In the end you have to trust your gut. You cannot just look at numbers. If you don’t feel like this is the place for you than you have to go somewhere else. It might break your heart to lose out on the house of your dreams, but it’s better than living in a nightmare you’ll regret forever.
